How do I clean all kitchen counters at once after cooking?

2 caps (10 ml) per 1 l of warm, not hot, water. An open bowl lasts one round. After cooking you need to reset all the counters and several surfaces at once. Stop collecting five sprays.

Steps

  1. Pour 2 caps of OrangiO into a bowl with 1 l of warm water.
  2. Soak a clean microfibre cloth, wring it well.
  3. Wipe counter after counter; rinse the cloth in the bowl often.
  4. Food surfaces get a final wipe with clean water.
  5. Dry. Stickiness gone under your hand is the test.

Do not use on

unknown veneer, lacquered furniture, screens, perspex/acrylic; natural stone without a trial; on a new surface: corner test first.

Safety

do not leave an open bowl near children or pets; never mix with other chemicals. Never mix OrangiO with other chemicals, especially bleach.

Finish

an open bowl = one round, do not keep it for tomorrow. Food surfaces: clean water plus drying.

Questions

Can the 1% bowl wait until tomorrow?

No. An open 1% bowl is for one cleaning round. Keep your reserve as 5% in a closed spray bottle.

Is the counter food-safe after wiping?

Wipe food-contact zones with clean water at the end and dry them. That is the standard finish of every round.

How do I know the counter is really clean?

The hand test: stickiness gone under your fingers. If your hand still drags, wipe again with a freshly rinsed cloth.

Where to get the base

This plan needs one bottle: OrangiO #mama106, an orange oil concentrate for grease and glue.
